Warranty

Audible Illusions takes great pride in the reliability of our products. If you own an A.I. product that requires service and is covered under our warranty policy, please use this warranty repair form for the quickest possible response.

If you haven't yet registered your product, please use our product registration form.

Otherwise, contact A.I. Customer Service at telephone #925-463-2381 for a return authorization. Upon receipt of said unit, Audible Illusions will then perform a preliminary inspection, contact our customer and notify the originating dealer.

Audible Illusions Warranty

Limited Warranty
Audible Illusions warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when operated within the guidelines specified in its owners manuals for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase from an authorized Audible Illusions dealer. Audible Illusions will repair or replace any component showing any defect without charge for parts and labor to the purchaser during the warranty period subject to the following conditions:

The Warranty/Customer Service Card must be on file with Audible Illusions.

There is no evidence of unauthorized tampering with the unit's circuitry or enclosure.

Audible Illusions will not compensate for repairs made by an unauthorized person. Furthermore, A.I. assumes no liability to make repairs or replace a component if that component's serial number has been altered, removed or defaced in any manner.

This warranty is for the sole benefit of the original owner and is non-transferable to any second party or subsequent owner.

Vacuum Tubes
The above warranty and conditions as stated apply to tubes, except that the period of warranty shall be ninety (90) days from date of purchase.

Miscellaneous
Any implied warranty relating to Audible Illusions products is limited to the duration of the warranty period. Audible Illusions shall also not be liable for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the misuse of its products. Some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages. Our warranty gives you specific legal rights that vary from state to state.

We reserve the right to modify the design of any product without obligation to purchasers of previously manufactured products and to change the specifications of any product without notice or obligation to any person.
